Cobertura da Garantia
A troca da bateria e a mão de obra da substituição estão incluídas, sem custos adicionais.
Está inclusa também a conferência das vedações do relógio durante o processo de troca.
Juntas de vedação comuns (como de tampas de fundo) estão incluídas gratuitamente.
Juntas de vedação especiais ou incomuns (como de botões ou coroas) poderão ser cobradas à parte, sendo informados os valores ao cliente previamente.
Condição do Relógio para Troca Gratuita de Bateria
A troca gratuita da bateria está condicionada ao fato de o relógio não apresentar outros defeitos.
Caso o relógio apresente outros defeitos (exemplos: entrada de água, peças soltas, consumo elevado de energia), será necessário realizar o reparo desses defeitos antes da troca da bateria.
O cliente será informado sobre o orçamento dos reparos, mas a bateria continuará gratuita, mesmo nesses casos.
Custos de Transporte
Os custos de envio e retorno do relógio para a oficina são de responsabilidade do cliente.
Durante o período da garantia padrão do relógio, os custos de transporte para troca de bateria também serão cobertos. Após esse período, os custos passam a ser de responsabilidade do cliente.
